Angie’s List #1 – Roof Replacement: Since our initial phone conversation I could tell that this individual was very knowlegeable. I was able to get a written estimate the following day and we proceeded with the job at our rental property. The crew was punctual and very professional even though they encountered an unexpected roof problem. I was contacted with pictures and a short video of the existing roof issue that needed addressing. While that added to the project cost, it had to be corrected and this company was able to fix the problem. I strongly recommend this company to anyone that has a roofing project.

They were very efficient (timely and cleaned up after themselves), well-priced, and executed a great result. They removed 4 layers of old roofing before laying the new ice-water shield and architectural asphalt shingles, and worked with us to make sure the new dormer matched the rest of the home beautifully. They did a great job working in the tight space we had between our home and the adjacent buildings; covering walls/windows/walkways and planter beds with tarps to prevent damage and mess. Only thing I wish we had known (not really their fault but good for other new homeowners to know) is to make sure our storm windows were adequately closed BEFORE the roof was stripped…the sills got really really dirty. I highly recommend Hernandez Construction.
